The California State Notary Class
In this California approved Notary class, you will be working from the California State workbook 2017, with all the latest laws and procedures. It is available for you to download and print. The course gives you visual aids, and quizzes to get you completely prepared for the state exam.
This course is a mandated 6 hour course by the State of California. There are 3 chapters and each chapter is given a time frame as to the extent of information in each chapter. You can always go back and review anytime but, you will not be able to move forward until the proper amount of time has passed.
It is extremely important to spend all of this time to retain the information in this workbook and pass each quiz. We highly recommend reviewing this course a day before you are scheduled to take the exam. You will have access to this class for 90 days from the day you sign up, which should give you enough time to review before your exam.
After this course you will be given a certificate to take with you to the exam to show completion of the 6 hour course, or 3 hour renewal course. Along with the certificate you will be given a check list for everything you will need to take with you to the exam.
You will receive your results from the Secretary of State, by U S mail. Enclosed will be a letter with your results of the exam and instructions on what to do next. Remember, you have only 30 days to file your commission once you receive your letter. If you miss that 30 day cutoff, you will have to retake the exam.

Refunds- If you sign up for this class and decide it is not right for you or you don’t have the time available to complete the course, or you just changed your mind, we will refund your money if: the request is done within 3 hours of purchase. You must send an email to completesign1@gmail.com, stating that you wish to cancel and why, and we will refund your money within 5 business days.
To receive a refund after the first 3 hours of purchase, please send an email to completesign1@gmail.com stating the reason you are requesting the refund. All refunds after the 3 hour mark will be evaluated and determined by administration. If we feel you have a valid reason for the cancellation we will be happy to refund your online class purchase.
Loan Signing Course
This course is designed to give you complete information on how to conduct a loan signing appointment from start to finish. You will learn about the critical documents in a mortgage package and how to introduce them to a signer. You will learn what a client expects from you and the tools you will need to get the job done efficiently.
After this course you will be given a certificate to use as a credential showing you have had formal instruction to be a well informed signing agent. This certificate can be uploaded to any of the signing agencies websites or to any employment sites where you add a profile or resume.
